Returns & Refunds Policy

We here at Nature's K (Kratom4me.com, Winnenterprises, LLC.) truly believe we provide the best Kratom money can buy, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the product back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase with a copy of the receipt, order# or proof of purchase and we will refund your purchase price, replace the product, or give you store credit within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return. How the return is handled will be on a case-by case basis and is at our sole discretion. If for any reason we send you the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.

When shipping the product back to us, we recommend using a service that provides tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item(s) you are returning.

We absolutely want you to be more than satisfied with your online shopping experience at Kratom4me.com.
